Marc Eichenberger
Mr. Eichenberger has over twenty years experience in investment valuation, strategy, business performance improvement as well as consulting support for mergers and acquisitions. As a Principal for a global management consulting firm, he has executed commercial due diligence on behalf of corporate and private equity clients including corporate valuations and evaluation and development of financial pro-formas. Marc has also advised senior management on restructuring options to maximize shareholder returns and valuations including: reengineering marketing, sales and support activities to optimize revenue; utilizing strategic sourcing and procurement for supplier savings of over 20%; leveraging information technology to enhance productivity; and applying design-to-cost concepts to reduce product cost and streamline engineering and manufacturing operations.
Mr. Eichenberger has an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Economics and German from New York University. He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Association. Mr. Eichenberger is a long-time resident of Massachusetts and has strong command of the German language.
