LockeBridge Announces Addition of Mr. Lester Jay Rosensaft Lester Jay Rosensaft, LockeBridge is pleased to announce the addition of Lester Jay Rosensaft to the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Rosensaft’s primary responsibilities will be professional services liaison and client counseling. With the addition of Mr. Rosensaft to our staff, Lockebridge continues to enhance their ability to offer high end advisory services to the lower-middle market. Scott Waxler, LockeBridge Managing Partner, states: “We pride ourselves in our ability to offer a level of transactional expertise to the lower-middle market business owner which is not generally available anywhere in the world today. With the addition of Lester, we extend our tradition of offering this unconventional, highly seasoned expertise to our client base.” Mr. Rosensaft has negotiated and contracted a large variety of corporate transactions in the context of startups, mature entities, turnarounds, Intellectual Property and recalcitrant situations of all types. He has also fashioned, negotiated and drafted complex corporate transactions stemming from his many involvements as a Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer, including his role as President and CEO of a number of new venture and fast-growth divisions of AT&T. As a former CEO of two AT&T Divisions, Mr. Rosensaft grew the revenue of those divisions to over $600 million and led the divestiture of those entities to AON Corp. In addition to his illustrious tenure at AT&T, Lester has held senior executive positions with companies in the food, distribution, financial services, insurance, human resource, actuarial, employee benefits and other consulting, call center operations, real estate, marketing and advertising, communications and other disparate industries. Lester is licensed to practice law in a number of jurisdictions. He has earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School, an M.B.A. from the Weatherhead School, a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University, and an L.L.M. in Corporate Reorganizations (with Highest Honors) from New York University (NYU).
