Scott Waxler
Mr. Waxler has over twenty years of experience in global sales, marketing and corporate business development roles. He has won various awards including the M&A Advisor’s 2006 “Deal Maker of the Year” Award. This award is recognized as one of the investment banking industry’s most prestigious honors.
Prior to LockeBridge, Scott directed the merger and acquisition activities for a $400 million public corporation. Subsequently he directed the M&A activities for a large business advisory firm. Its corporate activities include operations in 13 countries with over 1500 advisors. He was directly responsible for executing the company’s largest transaction in its corporate history. In his current capacity as Managing Partner of LockeBridge, he directs the company toward achievement of its prime mission of offering an unprecedented level of seasoned representation on a global basis to lower mid-market corporate clients and private equity groups.
Scott has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in Finance from Hofstra University. Scott is a long time resident of Massachusetts.
