Scott Waxler has over twenty years of experience in global sales, marketing and corporate business development roles .  He has won various awards including the M&A Advisor’s 2006 “Deal Maker of the Year” Award. This award is recognized as one of the investment banking industry’s most prestigious honor. Scott has held a variety of positions in both start-ups, international and large companies. He has funded and led successful start-up operations toward achieving unprecedented growth levels and has established a track record of innovative marketing and corporate business development success stories for large multi-national corporations.

Mr. Waxler directed the marketing and business development operations of several companies to achieve a majority market share in each of the industries served. In addition, he identified and developed several new markets, which significantly contributed to corporate revenue growth. While employed by a high tech multi-national corporation, he invented a revolutionary imaging process for the semi-conductor industry, which was awarded patent status by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Scott’s strong marketing, sales and finance background led him into a position directing merger and acquisition activities for a $400 million public corporation in 1998. During his tenure with the company he was a significant contributor toward the achievement of revenue growth in excess of 400%. 

Mr. Waxler subsequently directed the M&A activities for a large business advisory firm. It corporate activities include operations in 13 countries with over 1500 advisors.  He was directly responsible for executing the company’s largest transaction in its corporate history. In his current capacity as Managing Partner of LockeBridge, Mr. Waxler directs the company toward achievement of its prime mission of offering a high level of seasoned representation on a global basis to lower mid-market corporate clients and private equity groups. 

Mr. Waxler has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in Finance from Hofstra University. Scott is a long time resident of Massachusetts.
