Mr. Block is a Managing Director at LockeBridge, bringing nearly 20 years of M&A investment banking and top-level corporate strategy consulting experience to the team. Prior to joining LockeBridge, Mr. Block generated an enviable IRR on the sale of his wholly-owned manufacturing company within a 33 month hold period. He has been on both the buy side and the sell side of the M&A process and as such, has the experience and seller-empathy needed to successfully execute M&A transactions at optimal valuations.
Mr. Block previously led deal teams for Redwood Capital, a New York-based middle market M&A firm and Gemini Partners, a Los Angeles-based middle market M&A firm. Additionally, Tyler was responsible for leading the training programs for analysts, associates and vice presidents at both firms. He has successfully completed numerous sell-side M&A transactions and has been a winner of The M&A Advisor’s Consumer Services Deal of the Year Award. Prior to LockeBridge, Mr. Block was a management strategy consultant at Accenture. Mr. Block is a graduate of Harvard University. He successfully completed his undergraduate studies in Economics and his graduate studies in Finance.
