Scott Waxler

Managing Partner

Mr. Waxler has over twenty years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and business development roles. He is the recipient of numerous national and international awards including the M&A Advisor’s 2006 “Deal Maker of the Year” Award, which is recognized as one of the investment banking industry’s most prestigious honors.

He has advised over a hundred companies in mergers, acquisitions, capital raises and sell-side transaction preparation, and published numerous articles on the foregoing topics. Scott has founded several start-ups and has owned numerous mature corporations. As such, he fully appreciates the unique challenges facing business owners in all stages of the business cycle.

Prior to LockeBridge, Scott directed the merger and acquisition activities for a multi-$billion publicly traded technology company. While employed by this multi-national corporation, he invented a revolutionary imaging process for the semi-conductor industry, which was awarded patent status by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Subsequently he directed the M&A activities for a large business advisory firm. Its corporate activities include operations in 13 countries with over 1500 advisors. Scott was directly responsible for executing the company’s largest transaction in its corporate history.

In his current capacity as Managing Partner of LockeBridge, he directs the company toward achievement of its prime mission of offering an unprecedented level of seasoned invesment banking represntation and advisory services  to corporate clients and private equity groups located throughout the world.
